2024 Mid-States Rodeo Association Memberships
You may purchase your M-SRA Membership online with the form below. Please note the following:
- If you are a RENEWING Member, you can do it all online
-NEW & MINORS will need to print & have the form signed and notarized (minors must be signed by parent/guardian
-NEW & MINORS can fill out form online and submit payment, BUT you still need to print and sign the membership application & return to the M-SRA office within 10 days of online purchase
-ALL Membership number will be updated and posted online.
-Memberships MUST be purchased by 5pm the night PRIOR to entries to be entered as a member.
-Membership cards & rulebooks are no longer mailed out, they can both be accessed via the links on the website. Contractors/Contract Personnel will receive rule books via mail & for contestants upon request.

Membership lists will be updated and sent to corresponding entrylines the night prior to entries opening. If purchasing your membership online, you MUST have it submitted by 5pm/CT the night prior to entries to be able to enter as a member for said rodeo.
